Before
A powerful story trapped in a fast-moving mind
Peter is naturally confident, energetic, and speaks a lot. He dreamed of being a motivational speaker but had no idea how to create the story. Living with ADHD, his thoughts moved fast and in many directions — he'd jump from one idea to another, go "all over the place" in conversations, and struggle to turn what he wanted to say into one clear message. The story itself was extraordinary: lottery winner, drug addiction, nearly ending his own life, building multiple companies, migrating and rebuilding from the ground up. But on stage — vulnerable, structured stage — he froze.
The challenge
Structure without losing personality
He didn't need to talk less. He needed to land. The work was building a structure for storytelling that worked with how his mind moves, not against it — while still being able to share vulnerable pieces openly.
What we built
Clarity, delivery, the right kind of stages
Instead of trying to "speak less" or change his personality, we created structure inside his storytelling: finding the strongest moments, simplifying the message, building a clear throughline. On delivery we worked on holding attention without overexplaining, creating emotional connection through strategic storytelling, and becoming comfortable with vulnerability. Strategically, with two businesses already running, he couldn't travel much — so we focused on online stages and podcasts that keep creating impact long after the talk.

"I knew I had a powerful story. Whenever I shared it one-on-one, people would be absolutely mindblown. But because of my ADHD I would go down rabbit holes, jump from one thing to another, and every single time the story came out differently. Because of Laurie, I finally understand how to tell my story in a way that actually lands with people. She helped me bring structure to the chaos in my head and helped me feel confident sharing vulnerable pieces of my story."
After
30+ podcasts and £30K — without trying to monetise
He appeared on 30+ podcasts and started creating real impact through speaking. Even though monetisation was never the focus, speaking naturally started creating business opportunities — over £30K worth of deals simply from people hearing his story, connecting to his message and wanting to work with him.
